At 14 MHz, Yre = 320.6 / (320.6^2 + 186.1^2) = 0.002333
dB = 10 * Log10(0.02 / (Yre + 0.02))
dB = 10 * Log10(0.02 / (0.002333 + 0.02)) = -0.479 dB

Using AA-54 with AntScope and OSL Calibration

Yre = R / (R^2 + X^2)
At 14 MHz, Yre = 202.7 / (202.7^2 + 220.1^2) = 0.002264
dB = 10 * Log10(0.02 / (Yre + 0.02))
dB = 10 * Log10(0.02 / (0.002264 + 0.02)) = -0.466 dB
